Three questions. I read every answer myself and reply by email within two working days with one to three options. Some will be a process change or a setting you already pay for. If one of them is a product and you want to talk to the vendor, I introduce you, and only then.
- You describe it. Nothing is shared with anyone at this point.
- I reply with options. Each with why it fits and what it would cost you in time or money.
- You decide. If you pick a vendor, I make a direct introduction. Some vendors pay me a referral fee for that. I'll tell you which ones before you choose.
Email me the answers to these three questions, plus your role. I reply within two working days.
- What's the problem? For example: nobody knows which SaaS tools can reach company data, offboarding misses accounts, or too many people have admin rights.
- How big is the company?
- When does it need solving?
